Can I use my kitchen during the remodel?
Not fully, but we help you set up a temporary kitchen space. We also phase the work when possible so you have access to a sink and refrigerator as long as possible.
Do you do the design or do I need a designer?
We do both. Design-build means our team handles the layout, material selection, and construction. You make the decisions — we handle the execution.
What's your cabinet lead time?
Custom cabinets typically take 4-6 weeks from order. We start the order as soon as you approve the design so they arrive on schedule.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Electrical, plumbing, structural — we pull every required permit and schedule every inspection. You don't call the city.
